What counts as a standard window?
For a quote, a standard window means one normally sized, freely accessible window unit. Width and height are not the only factors: multiple opening sections, decorative bars, stubborn deposits or restricted access increase the work. If you are unsure, send a photo and the approximate dimensions.
- Number of window units
- Approximate width and height
- Inside, outside or both sides
- Whether frames and windowsills are required
- Floor-to-ceiling, multi-panel or difficult to access
How is the price calculated?
Under Sweefy’s current offer, a normal, freely accessible window can be cleaned for €5 per window. Large panes, balcony and patio doors, glass walls, divided-light windows and hard-to-reach exterior surfaces are quoted from photos and the expected work. The binding service scope and price are always stated in the personal appointment confirmation.
What should be agreed before the visit?
Clear the windowsill and let the team know whether water, safe access and suitable cleaning equipment are available. Mention special coatings, damaged seals or delicate frames before work begins. Exterior surfaces are cleaned only when they can be reached safely without leaning out.
How to get an accurate quote
Count the windows, photograph unusual sizes and share your Berlin district and preferred time. Sweefy can then assess standard windows and special glass areas separately. Payment is due only after cleaning, while the appointment, scope and price are confirmed in advance.
