1. Which tasks are included?
First confirm whether the bathroom, kitchen, surfaces, vacuuming and mopping are included. Windows, the oven, fridge, grout or heavy build-up often require extra time and should be requested explicitly.
2. How are the price and duration confirmed?
Ask about the hourly rate, minimum duration and possible special prices. Sweefy’s regular cleaning costs €25 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Deep cleaning is agreed at €100 to €250 depending on the work. An appointment becomes binding only after the service, time and price are confirmed by email.
3. Who provides products and equipment?
The vacuum, floor system and products need to suit the home and its surfaces. Agree what is available and what should be brought. Always mention natural stone, untreated wood and delicate fittings.
4. How will access work?
The doorbell name, floor, building entrance and safe access should be clear. Keys or access codes need a defined handover. Share only the information required for that appointment, and store valuables and confidential documents securely.
5. What matters for children, pets and allergies?
Tell the provider about pets, relevant allergies and areas that must not be entered. This helps with product selection and prevents doors or windows from being left open unexpectedly.
6. What happens if the plan changes?
Check the deadline for free rescheduling or cancellation. At Sweefy, changes made at least 48 hours before the appointment are free; shorter notice may result in a charge. The full conditions are stated in the terms and your confirmation.
7. Who can answer questions?
A reliable company provides a direct contact and responds clearly to changes or complaints. Sweefy personally reviews every booking request, confirms it by email and can be reached by telephone or email before and after the visit. Payment is due only after the cleaning has been completed.
